At Blue Zebra Consultancy, our herd of fully qualified, seasoned accountants with deep ERP experience over many years and ERP providers – have traversed various savannahs and deserts, seeing what seems like an impossible ERP wilderness, to come out the other side.
We’ve also been on both sides of the ERP journey, from client-side subject matter experts and Project Management to external delivery consultants and deployment. We’ve acted at delivery, steering group and project sponsor levels.

I spent a significant amount of my career in Finance, learning the ropes from the ground up & working in Senior roles within varied organisations ranging from SME’s to FTSE 100’s.
The opportunities to partake in and also lead systems projects gave me a real appreciation for the challenges involved in achieving success whilst managing on the side of the desk, whilst juggling business as usual activities – it’s shaped my high levels of empathy for clients.
The leap into managing and implementing finance systems has been a personally very rewarding one & has enabled me to be highly effective in combining my Accounting & systems experience to translate clients’ needs & processes into system deliverables.
Julian Lempriere
Chief Technical Officer
Grounded in Finance in my early years, I now have over 25 years’ experience delivering and managing business solutions. My experience ranges from UK and global ERP implementations; senior IT leadership and solution architecture, working from both a customer and vendor perspective.
Today, I bring this experience together to provide Solution Strategic Advice to organisations, helping them through the challenges of complex, fragmented existing solutions into strategic and tactical plans designed to take advantage of new technology but only when the business value proposition makes sense.
