What We Do
By partnering with you along the way,
we’ll help swap technology challenges into business enablers
Our ERP services are designed to help you get the best out of your solution — from strategy to support.
Strategic Advisory
We help you assess your current systems, identify gaps, and create a clear technology roadmap. Our advisory service ensures your ERP strategy is aligned with your business goals.
Project Management
Whether on the client or vendor side, the ability to execute the discipline of planning, organising, communicating, and managing an ERP implementation is essential to its success.
Implementation
Many teams in organisations only get to experience an ERP implementation once, perhaps twice. So, it’s not surprising there is a degree of fear and trepidation. Added to this, many will need to participate alongside their business as usual activities.
Solution Management
Implementation isn’t the finish line. We keep your ERP healthy with regular checks, performance monitoring, and updates that matter — fewer fixes, lower costs, happier users.
Health Checks
If your ERP isn’t running as it should, we’ll help uncover what’s wrong and set it right. Whether it was rushed, the team’s changed, or it just doesn’t feel right — we’ll take a fresh, confidential look and guide you forward.
Strategic Advisory
We are all aware how fast technology changes around us – keeping up can feel overwhelming. Our Solution focused Strategic Advisory services make it easier for your business to chose the right tools, plan for the future, and get real results from your technology investments.
Working alongside you, we can help:
Understand what you have – As years pass and a myriad of software solutions later, it’s easy to lose track; some maybe duplicated; some maybe end-of-life
Create a clear plan – We work with you to build a step-by-step technology roadmap that supports your business goals, leveraging better value from technology
Simplify digital transformation – We’ll help remove the hype and identify opportunities in your business to use digital and or AI to increase efficiency
Get more from your budget – By looking at what you have, the licensing the functionality, making sure it either delivers the promised value or becomes an area for review
Stakeholder communication – The result will be a plan you can share within the business and flex as technology changes

Project Management
Experience has taught us, even on short-cycle implementations, the engagement of a Project Manager is key to delivery, control and effective communication.
Occasionally, some will advise that a Project Manager can also be the Consultant – we do not follow this belief as its important to keep an independent, open mind, away from the detail – it would be like marking your own homework.
Our implementation methodology blends a mix of traditional Waterfall, to give the over-arching structure and governance, with Agile sprinting, ensuring focused delivery during key activities.
This will be under-pinned with Governance and Reporting.
Implementation
The implementation phase of an ERP system is a key activity when deploying a new ERP. User adoption, process optimisation, data quality, and business fit—all depend on having a successful implementation. This success requires thoughtful planning and execution with experienced and knowledgeable resources who not only understand the technical aspects of the new ERP solution but can navigate the business, cultural and industry aspects of an organization.
That’s where we come in.
Some view this phase as just getting the solution configured and ready for live. Of course, this is a requirement, but an implementation phase is more than that. It is the opportunity for the client’s team to learn and embrace a new solution which they, hopefully, will use for many years. This requires a partnership with the consulting company, one, through experience, has empathy and understanding. One, that will encourage learning and development.

Solution Management
You’ve made a significant investment in your Financial solution and quite often, after the difficult task of implementation, exhaustion kicks in and there’s pressure from the business for you and your team to return to the important Business As Usual.
But without proper care and attention, whilst everything may seem okay on the surface, gradually it deteriorates. Costs start to escalate as emergency fixes are needed; user confidence starts to fade and those shiny new features which formed part of the business case, become a distant memory.
We can help avoid these by:
Keeping an eye on your solution
Perform regular system checks
Help build plans to implement those features postponed during implementation
Advise you of what’s new and its relevance to you (or not)

Health Checks
If your ERP isn’t running as smoothly as it should, we’re here to help identify and fix the issues.

Whether it’s one of these or a combination, we can help.
Rather than pre-judge, by creating some “pre-packaged” options, our preference is to chat through with you directly. We can work out the next steps from there.
